How to See Logs?

To see the cMAM logs you have to navigate to the "Logs" view; it can be found on the settings view.

cMAM has four different types of log categories:

Info

This category contains less important log data, such as when you opened or exited cMAM or the reset times:

Warn

The "Warn" or warning category contains some really useful data for users and it contains all trading API errors:

Error

This category contains the errors log which cMAM was able to manage or control:

Fatal

This category contains those errors or exceptions data which cMAM was not able to manage or control:

Understanding how the cMAM logging module works will help you to provide the required log data to our support team so that we will be able to help you better.

Reporting

Whenever your cMAM crash or misbehave you can go to "Logs" and click on "Report Logs" button, it will send all of your cMAM logs files to us and we will fix the issue if there was any on next release.
